INTRODUCTION

We were commissioned by Kearns Development Ltd to provide a Flood Risk Assessment and SuDS strategy report in order to support their planning application for their proposed gated development of 53 dwellings.

FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT AND SUDS STRATEGY

We worked closely with the client and liaised with the Lead Local Flooding Authority to provide a cost-effective solution which met the local and national SuDS policies.

DISCHARGING PLANNING CONDITIONS

As a result of the work carried out by our experienced team, we were further commissioned to provide the SuDS Design and Report to discharge the relevant planning conditions imposed by Hillingdon Borough Council.

BELOW GROUND DRAINAGE DESIGN

We were also asked by the client to complete the below ground drainage design for the site, ensuring it met the required standards for Building Regulations approvals and construction.

COLLABORATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We attended regular on-site meetings to ensure our design was delivered on time and to budget, as well as ensuring we liaised with the construction team to deal with any on-site issues and constraints.
