FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT & SUDS REPORTS
We provide professional SuDS reports and Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) designed to support planning applications and the discharge of planning conditions across the UK. Our services also include drainage strategy reports, detailed drainage design and SuDS design, all supported by the technical documentation needed to meet local authority standards.
Our reports can be delivered as standalone documents, or combined into a comprehensive Flood Risk Assessment and SuDS report (FRA and SuDS report), or a Flood Risk Assessment and drainage strategy report, depending on the requirements of the relevant Local Planning Authority (LPA) and Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA).
Operating nationwide, we work closely with planning authorities throughout the UK and understand their often-varying SuDS and drainage requirements. We liaise directly with LPAs and LLFAs to ensure our reports not only achieve planning approval, but also provide practical, cost-effective drainage solutions that are fully suitable for construction.
